I have some wonderful & exciting news! I am going to be teaching on Ever After 2018 this year! Woohoo! I am really thrilled, because painting fairy-tales has always been my dream
And even MORE exciting news is that I can give away 1 space on this magical new collaborative art course! Keep reading if you want to find out more about Ever After and if you want to find out how you can win a spot! 🙂
First let me tell you a bit more about Ever After in case you haven’t heard about it yet!
“Ever After” is a mixed media art & style development course with a fairytale theme hosted by Tamara Laporte from Willowing Arts. Tam is joined by 14 popular mixed media art teachers who will all share beautiful fairy-tale & myth inspired lessons with you AND they will also divulge all their hints and tips on how they developed their own style and how YOU TOO can find your own unique voice as an artist! 🙂 Yay!

My chosen fairy tale is The Princess and the Frog . My lesson will be inspired by this fairy tale, I have some fabulous ideas cooking! I’ve not fully developed my class idea yet, but I’m excited to be sharing xyz technique/ theme/ style with you, much like you can see in this painting:
Registration opens on May 15th 2018 and the class begins on July 1st 2018.

I grew up reading and loving fairy tales and enjoy seeing different interpretations of them by all the artists gathered in the previous Ever After classes and look forward to what will happen this year. Thanks for the opportunity to win a spot this year.

I have been painting for about two years now but have only been painting faces for a few months and I’m hooked! Obsessed really, lol. Ever After is right up my alley and I would love the opportunity to learn from such talented artists!

Honestly. I just want to feel like a kid again to broaden my creativity outside the world of caring for my twin girls. I need a creative outlet and this is right up my alley!!!

I would LOVE to win this giveaway because I’m working on drawing and painting from the imagination instead of the ‘real life’ landscapes and portraits I learned in college. Fairy tales are an obsession of mine, so this would be perfect!!

I did Ever After last year and loved it! If I could win a spot this year it would be awesome, I love learning from all the different teachers and it’s helping me to develop my own style. 🙂
