Wishes

Lets create a portrait together that inspires what you wish for.

As artists we always look for inspiration, but we are always also surrounded by images from other artists and the media. I found an image that represented, for me to connect to my own dreams and wishes. I will guide you along with me to see what is possible for you. You can also see your own story.

First we will sketch a portrait, then we will use watercolors and pencils to add in colors and find our color scheme. Then we will complete our portrait with acrylics. The story will change few times, but that is the fun of creating.

You will need:

• Mixed media paper
• pencil and eraser
• watercolors
• assortment of colored pencils, ideally watercolor pencils
• acrylics
• brushes from small to medium, one large watercolor brush, and also for acrylics.

We will discus how colors work together to create a realistic portrait and work with imagery to best represent your our story.
